Zebulon (/ˈzɛbjulən/ ZEB-yoo-luhn)[5] is the town in Wake County, North Carolina, United States that is farthest to the east. The population was 6,903 at the 2020 census.[6] Zebulon is part of the Research Triangle metropolitan region. Five County Stadium, the stadium of the Carolina Mudcats minor league baseball team, is in the town. In May 2022, Zebulon was listed as North Carolina's second fastest growing town, only behind the nearby town of Wendell.[7]
