Česlovas Stankevičius

Česlovas Vytautas Stankevičius (born 27 February 1937) is a Lithuanian politician. In 1990, he was one of the signers of the Act of the Re-Establishment of the State of Lithuania.[1] He was the Minister of Defence between 1996 to 2000. During that same time, he was a member of Seimas. He was born in Vilkaviškis District Municipality, Lithuania.
