Abdoul Mbaye (Dakar, April 13, 1953) is a Senegalese politician.[1]

Mbaye studied at the Cheikh-Anta-Diop University, HEC Paris and the University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne[2]. After finishing his studies, he worked at the Central Bank of West Africa from 1976. Mbaye had been Prime Minister of Senegal under President Macky Sall since 5 April 2012, succeeding Souleymane Ndéné Ndiaye. He was released on September 1, 2013.[3]
