Abdul Rauf al-Kasm (Arabic: عبد الرؤوف الكسم) (1932 – 19 October 2025) was a Syrian architect, academic and politician. He was Prime Minister of Syria during the 1980s during Hafez al-Assad.[1] He was born in Damascus, Syria.
Kasm died on 19 October 2025 in Munich, Germany at the age of 93.[2]
