Alan Peter Schramm Cayetano (born October 28, 1970) is a Filipino[2] politician and diplomat. He is the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2019.

He also was the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines from 2017 to 2018. From 2007 to 2017, he was a Senator of the Philippines.
