Alberto Carlos Rivera Díaz (born 15 November 1979) is a Spanish lawyer and politician. He has been the leader of Citizens since July 2006 and placed fourth in the 2016 general election. He is a member of the Congress of Deputies and a former member of the Parliament of Catalonia.[1]
