The Arabian Desert is a desert in western Asia. It is on most of the Arabian Peninsula. It covers 2,330,000 square kilometres (900,000 square miles).

Most people in this area are Arabs. The main language is Arabic, and the main religion is Sunni Islam.

Gazelles, oryx, sand cats, and spiny-tailed lizards live in parts of the Arabian Desert. However, very few animals live in the Rub' al Khali in the middle of the desert.
