Basse-Allaine is a municipality in Porrentruy in the Swiss canton of Jura. On 1 January 2009, the former municipalities of Buix, Courtemaîche and Montignez merged into the new municipality of Basse-Allaine.
The name refers to the Allaine River which runs through the municipality.
