Belgian Second Division

The Belgian Second Division was the second highest division in the Belgian football league system. It was founded by the Royal Belgian Football Association.

History

The second division was made in 1909 and called the Promotion. From 1923, there were only two leagues in that division (named Promotion A and Promotion B).
