Benjamin Kogo

Benjamin Kogo (born in 1945) is retired athlete from Kenya. His main sport is 3000 metre steeplechase running. He won a silver medal at the 1968 Summer Olympics.[1]

He won gold at the first All-Africa Games held in 1965 in Brazzaville.

He is from Arwos, Nandi District.
