Robert William Harrison (born August 12, 1927) is an American former professional basketball player. He played as a point guard and a shooting guard. He played nine seasons (1949–1958) in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for the Minneapolis Lakers, Milwaukee / St. Louis Hawks and Syracuse Nationals. He was a three-time NBA champion and an NBA All-Star in 1956. Harrison later coached basketball at Kenyon College and Harvard University.[1] He was born in Toledo, Ohio.
