Bobbie Phillips
Bobbie Phillips (born January 29, 1968)[1] is an American actress and animal rights activist. Phillips was born in Charleston, South Carolina. She is known for her rols as Cam in Chameleon (1998) and as Julie Costello in the television legal drama Murder One.
