Borgomanero is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Novara in the Italian region Piedmont. It is about 90 kilometres (56 mi) northeast of Turin and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northwest of Novara.

Borgomanero borders the following municipalities: Bogogno, Briga Novarese, Cressa, Cureggio, Fontaneto d'Agogna, Gargallo, Gattico, Gozzano, Invorio, Maggiora, Veruno.
