Buhalterės.lt is a Lithuanian accounting and consulting company founded in 2010 in Vilnius by Laimis Jančiūnas and Asta Smilingė.[1] It offers accounting, company establishment, financial consulting, and legal services.[2]
History
[change | change source]Buhalterės.lt was founded in Vilnius, Lithuania on 21 September 2010 by Laimis Jančiūnas and Asta Smilingė as Bonus socius UAB ("good partner" in Latin), after the economic crisis of 2008-2009, when companies needed to reduce their accounting costs.[3]
In 2014, it became a member of the Lithuanian Association of Accountants and Auditors.[4]
In 2018, it joined the Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts.[5]
On 14 February 2020, the company changed its name from Bonus socius, UAB, to Buhalterės.lt, UAB.[6]
In 2022, Buhalterės.lt automated the sale of accounting services and moved the contract signing process to its website.[7]
In 2023, it became a member of the Association of Lithuanian Accounting Firms.
