Will Bunn "Bunny" Matthews III (February 15, 1951 – June 1, 2021) was an American cartoonist and writer. He was best known for his works of New Orleans characters.

Matthews' cartooning style has been called "post-psychedelic baroque".[1]

Some of Matthews' artwork can be viewed in the Louisiana State Museum in Baton Rouge, the Audubon Insectarium in New Orleans, and gracing the sides of New Orleans bakery Leidenheimer Baking Co.'s delivery trucks.

In 2015, Matthews was diagnosed with brain cancer.[2] He died of lymphoma on June 1, 2021 in Abita Springs, Louisiana at the age of 70.[3]
