Cara McCollum (February 6, 1992 – February 22, 2016) was an American journalist. She was a news presenter for SNJ Today, which she joined in July 2015.[1][2] She was Miss New Jersey 2013 and competed for the Miss America 2014 title in September 2013. She was born in Forrest City, Arkansas.

McCollum died at the age of 24 on February 22, 2016, in Camden, New Jersey. She died because of injuries she got a week earlier from a car accident.[3]
