Carlina Rivera (born January 3, 1984) is an American politician. She represents 2nd district of the New York City Council since 2018. She is a member of the Democratic Party.

Rivera was a member of the Democratic Socialists of America and supported Bernie Sanders in his 2016 presidential campaign.[1][2]

In June 2022, she announced she would run for the United States House of Representatives for New York's 10th congressional district in the 2022 election.[3] She lost the Democratic nomination in the August 2022 primaries.
