Carrie Brownstein

Carrie Rachel Brownstein (born September 27, 1974[1] ) is an American singer, guitarist and actor. She sings with the band Wild Flag. Brownstein plays indie and alternative rock music. Since 2011, she has acted on the sketch comedy television series Portlandia.

Brownstein was born in Seattle, Washington.[1] She grew up in Redmond, Washington and lives in Portland, Oregon. In 2010, she stated that she is bisexual.[2]
