Is inclusion in the category of criminal dependent on factual guilt or only conviction?[change source]
I ask the above question because earlier someone included Leo Frank in this category. Many believe that Frank was innocent, including myself, so if that category depends on factual guilt then he should not be there. But if it only depends on conviction then he should.
