David Finlay (born January 20, 1958)[1] is a professional wrestler and road agent from Belfast, Northern Ireland.[1][5] He is best known for his time in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) under the ring name Finlay. He has held both the WCW World Television Championship and the WWE United States Championship.
