Eco-socialism is an ideology that mixes socialism with green politics, environmentalism, ecology, and anti-globalisation. Eco-socialists believe that capitalism (along with imperialism and globalisation) causes war, poverty, and the destruction of the environment.[1]

Eco-socialists want community ownership of the means of production, and to restore the environment.[1]
