Ed Gomes
Edwin A. Gomes (February 25, 1936 – December 22, 2020) was an American politician. He was a member of the Connecticut State Senate from 2015 until 2019. Before that, he was a member of the state senate from November 2005 to January 2013. Gomes was a member of the Democratic Party. Gomes was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
Gomes died on December 22, 2020 in Bridgeport, Connecticut from injuries caused by a car crash, aged 84.[1]
