Eddie Filgate

Edward "Eddie" Filgate (16 September 1915 – 19 January 2017) was an Irish politician. He was a member of Fianna Fáil. He served as Teachta Dála (TD) from 1977 to 1982 for the Louth constituency. He was born in County Louth.

Filgate turned 100 in 2015. He died on 19 January 2017 at the age of 101.[1]
