Edmund of Abingdon
Edmund of Abingdon was an English priest. He was appointed Archbishop of Canterbury by Pope Gregory IX. He was known for supporting the Sixth Crusade. He did not get along well with Henry III of England because Edmund strongly supported Magna Carta. He died in France in 1240. And the Catholic Church declared him a saint in 1246.
