El-ghe (Ꙥ ꙥ) is a letter of the Cyrillic script.

Ꙥ is romanized as L̃, Lj, or even Ł.

In certain Old Slavonic manuscripts, a character of the same shape could be used to represent palatalized /lʲ/, a role similar to the Serbian/Macedonian letter lje (Љ љ).
