An entrepreneur is a person who starts and runs a new business or organization. Such a founder typically develops a business plan, gets financing, hires employees and runs the business. The entrepreneur takes the risks and, if successful, enjoys the benefits. Many fail, lose money, and close the business. [1] .

The entrepreneur starts with a good idea for a new business.[2] While the business grows, the entrepreneur is the central person in the business.
