Fintry is a small village in central Scotland,[1] nestled in the strath of the Endrick Water in the Campsie Fells some 35 km north of Glasgow.[source?] It is part of Stirling District.[1] As of the 2001 census, Fintry and the surrounding rural area had a population of 2300 people.[source?]
