Florence Yu Pan (born November 16, 1966) is an American attorney and judge. She is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia since 2021.[2] Pan was nominated to the court by President Joe Biden. She was an associate judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia from 2009 until 2021.
