Franciszek Surmiński
Franciszek Surmiński (5 December 1934 – 2 October 2021) was a Polish racing cyclist. He was active from 1961 to 1970.[1] He participated in road races and cyclo-cross. Surmiński was born in Tarnopol Voivodeship, Poland (present-day Ternopil Oblast, Ukraine).
Surmiński died in Prudnik, Poland on 2 October 2021, aged 86.[2]
