Frank Hargrove
Frank DuVal Hargrove, Sr. (January 26, 1927 – October 16, 2021) was an American Republican politician. From 1982 to 2010, he was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates.[1] Hargrove was born in Hanover County, Virginia.
Hargrove died on October 16, 2021 in Ashland, Virginia at the age of 94.[2]
