Gavin Whittaker

Gavin Whittaker (13 January 1970 – 6 January 2017) was an Australian professional rugby league player. He played as in the front row during the 1990s. He played for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, the Gold Coast Chargers and the Western Suburbs Magpies. He retired in 1998. He was born in Pittsworth, Queensland.

Whittaker died from stomach cancer on 6 January 2017 at his home in Parkwood, Queensland. He was 46, and would of turned 47th a week after his death.[1]
