Gerald P. Carmen

Gerald P. Carmen (born July 8, 1930) is an American businessman and politician. He was born in Quincy, Massachusetts. He was a member of the Republican Party. From 1981 to 1984, he was the Administrator of the General Services Administration during the Ronald Reagan presidency.[1][2]
