Human rights in Libya is the record of human rights upheld and violated in various stages of Libya's history.

As of 2019, Libya has one LGBTQ+ NGO called Kun Libya[permanent dead link].[1] Libya's LGBT identifying population remains as of today under pressure to remain closeted due to the fall of the state since 2014.
