Ian Puleston-Davies (born 6 September 1958) is a Welsh actor and writer. He is best known for his role as builder Owen Armstrong in the long-running ITV soap opera Coronation Street, which he played from 2010 to 2015. He is also known for his starring roles as Terry Williams in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks (1995–1996), and Charlie Fisher in the BBC One school-based drama series Waterloo Road (2010).
