Iryna Joukova (also known as Iryna Zhukova, born 22 November 1974 in Kiev) is a Ukrainian volleyball player.

She participated at the 2001 Women's European Volleyball Championship, 2004-2005 Women's Volleyball Champions League,[1] 2011 Women's World Volleyball Club Championship,[2] and 2012 FIVB Women's Club World Championship.

From 2003 to 2005, she played for Volley Bergamo. She played for VC Zarechye Odintsovo. In 2012 to 2013, she played for Rabita Baku.
