Issei Kitagawa (北川 一成, Kitagawa Issei, December 1, 1942 – September 7, 2021) was a Japanese politician. He was a member of the Liberal Democratic Party. He was a member of the House of Councillors in the Diet from 2004 until 2016. Kitagawa was born in Higashiōsaka, Japan
Kitagawa died on September 7, 2021 in Osaka, Japan from prostate cancer, aged 78.[1]
