Jacques-Louis Monod (25 February 1927 – 21 September 2020) was a French composer, pianist and conductor. He conducted the musical works of Charles Ives, Edgard Varèse, Arnold Schoenberg, Anton Webern and uptown music. He was born in Asnières-sur-Seine, France.

Monod died on 21 September 2020 in Toulouse, France at the age of 93.[1]
