Janakkala is a municipality in Finland. 16,881 people lived there in 2013. Population centers: Turenki, Tervakoski, Leppäkoski and village called Tarinmaa..

Neighbour municipalities, in south:Hausjärvi, Loppi and Riihimäki. Hämeenlinna is on the north.
