Jean-Louis Borloo (born 1951) is a French politician.[1] He was Minister of Social Affairs between 2004 and 2007, Minister of Economy and Finance in 2007 and Minister of the Environment between 2007 and 2010.[2]

Boorlo earned a degree in law and philosophy at the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in 1972, in 1974 a further degree in history and economics at the Université Paris X: Nanterre, and in 1976 an MBA at HEC Paris.[3]
