Jean Douchet (French: [duʃɛ]; born 19 January 1929) is a French movie director, historian, movie critic and teacher. He began his career in the early 1950s at Gazette du Cinéma and Cahiers du cinema with members of the future French New Wave.[1][2][3][4]
