James Jackson Bullock (born February 9, 1955) is an American actor and comedian. He later became a semi-regular on ALF (from 1989 to 1990) as Neal Tanner. He guest-hosted a special episode of Super Sloppy Double Dare in 1989. Bullock was the voice of Queer Duck in the animated series of cartoons.
