Jishnu Raghavan Alingkil (23 April 1979 – 25 March 2016), known mononymously as Jishnu, was an Indian actor who predominantly appeared in Malayalam films. He was the son of actor Raghavan. He is best known for his debut film Nammal (2002), for which he received the Kerala Film Critics Association Award for Best Actor and Mathrubhumi Film Award for Best Male Debut. His last film was Traffic (2016).[1][2][3][4][5]

Jishnu was born on 23 April 1979 in Kannur, Kerala to film actor and director Raghavan and Shobha. He has a younger sister named Jyothsna.[6][7] He had married to his longtime girlfriend Dhanya Rajan, who was his junior at college and also an architect.[8][9]
