Jive Software

Jive Software is a company that provides communication and collaboration software for businesses.[1] It was founded in 2001 and is now a part of Aurea Software. Jive has offices in many locations worldwide, including the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, Brazil, Israel, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and France.[2][3]

Jive had its IPO on the NASDAQ stock exchange in 2011,[4] raising more money than planned. On February 10, 2015, Elisa Steele was named CEO.[5] After a period of declining customer and revenue growth, Jive was acquired by Aurea in 2017 for $462 million in cash.[6]
