Karin Schwartz

Karin Schwartz (born 23 August 1967) is a Danish taekwondo athlete. She won the silver medal at the 1988 Summer Olympics, where taekwondo was a demonstration sport, in the lightweight event. [1] She was named to the Esbjerg City walk of fame.[2]

At the European Taekwondo Championships she became European Champion in 1998 after winning bronze medals in 1988, 1992 and 1994.[3]

She founded the Esbjerg City Taekwondo Club.[2]
