Catherine Ann Warner (born 14 July 1948) is an Australian lawyer and politician. She is the 28th and current Governor of Tasmania since 10 December 2014. Warner was born in Hobart. She replaced Peter Underwood.

In January 2019, Warner was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.[1]
