Kitty Foyle (also known as The Natural History of a Woman) is a 1940 American romantic drama movie directed by Sam Wood and was based on the 1939 novel of the same name by Christopher Morley. It stars Ginger Rogers, Dennis Morgan, James Craig, Gladys Cooper, Eduardo Ciannelli, Ernest Cossart, Walter Kingsford, Cecil Cunningham, Edward Fielding, Odette Myrtil and was distributed by RKO Radio Pictures. It was nominated for 5 Oscars and won an Academy Award in 1941.
