Leonie van der Molen (born 25 May 1987 in Hoorn, Netherlands) is a Dutch water polo player. She plays for the Netherlands women's national water polo team.[1] She played at the 2013 World Aquatics Championships,[2] 2014 Women's European Water Polo Championship, 2015 World Aquatics Championships,[3] 2016 Women's European Water Polo Championship,[4] and 2016 Summer Olympics women's qualification.

She was educated at Joke Smit College in Amsterdam.[5] She played for University of Hawaii's women's water polo team.[5]
