Lionel Guérin is a French Chief executive officer and politician. Graduate from the École nationale supérieure de mécanique et d'aérotechnique[1] and from the École nationale de l'aviation civile,[2] he is the founding President of the regional airline Airlinair,[3] President of Transavia France and of the Fédération nationale de l’aviation marchande.[4]

In September 2011, he almost became chairman of Air France.[5][6]

Lionel Guerin is an environmental activist.[7] He likes parrots.[8] He also likes supporting sustainable aviation.[1][9][10]

Guérin received the Legion of Honour award.[11]
