Lolo Letalu Matalasi Moliga (born 1949) is an American Samoan politician, former educator, businessman, and former President of the Development Bank of American Samoa (DBAS) from 2009 to 2012.[1][2] Moliga was a candidate for Governor of American Samoa in the 2012 election which he won.[3]
