Luis Garisto Pan (3 December 1945 – 21 November 2017) was a Uruguayan football (soccer) coach who had a professional career as both player and head coach. He was born in Montevideo. He played for Uruguay's national football team. He coached Deportivo Toluca and for Atlas.

Garisto died in Montevideo on 21 November 2017 of respiratory failure at the age of 71.[1]
